Semen Analysis Done, Partner Suffering With PCOD. Interpretation?

hello doctor, iam padmanaban my age is 35 iam married since one year my wife hav pcod problem, during that screening my doctor recommended me also for my semen analysis. the result i got is 5 million count per ml. motility was 15 % rapidly progressive- nil moderately progressive- 5% sluggishly progressive-10% normal forms- 2 abnormal forms- 98 the above given is my semen analysis report , please answer me that its a major problem

The semen report you have mentioned is abnormal and it will be difficult to have a pregnancy with this report. There are other details which are missing in this report, but one thing is certain that you will require treatment for it. The sperm count should be at-least 40 million per ml.
Its difficult but not impossible.
Your wife, who has PCOD, further reduces the chances of pregnancy. You should go ahead with assisted fertilization techniques. That can increase the chances of you having baby.
