Hi, please help me understand my husband s semen analysis results. Volume 4ml, sperm count 392 mil, motility 40% normal, 60% abnormal, morphology 60% normal, 40% abnormal. How many mil are good sperms out of the 392 mil?

Your husband's sperm parameters are within the acceptable limits set by the W.H.O.. He has a very good number of sperm cells with a 40% normal motility and 60% normal morphology.
