Semen Analysis Report Showed Pus Cells, Epithelial Cells, Spermatozoa. What Does This Mean?
Hello, Welcome to HCm, I am Dr. Das Look, your semen analysis report indicates presence of normal sperm count. The motility is also within normal limit. number of sperms with normal morphology is also within normal limit. but the problem is presence of pus cells in higher number. It indicates a genitourinary tract infection. So, consult with your treating doctor for further management. Regards.
