Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Decreased sperm motility definitely reduces the chances of conception. There are a few supplements which can be tried but their exact efficacy is doubtful. It is best to go for artificial insemination after selecting the healthy sperms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
