Hi,
Can you elaborate what was the purpose of the semen analysis. The report you have shared here shows significantly reduced motility of sperms & non motile sperms 70%. In other words, these non motile sperms are not capable of fertilizing the ovum & hence no conception. The presence of pus cells & such large no. of immotile sperms indicates that you might be suffering some kind of chronic inflammation most probably due to some infection. My advice is consult a urologist & take advice about screening tests for tuberculosis of testicle, syphilis & all other indolent sexually transmitted diseases (STD). good luck
