Semen Analysis Shows Progressive Motile Count: 14.7. Had Orchidopexy. Waht Does The Report Mean?

hi iam magdy i have a child he is 9 monthes iam travelling abroad and i return to my home only 40 days in the year . my semen analysis is not good even befor marriage. i made yesterday another analysis and the results are as follow:
volume 2 , colour: N, viscosity: N, liquification: 20 min, ph: 8,
concentration: 98*10^6, progressive motile acount: 14.7 * 10^6 , total motility : 50%, rapid :0 %, slow : 15%, non progressive 35%, immotile 50%,
motility after pentoxifyllin:
immature germ cells:0.1* 10^6, pus cells: 0.1 *10^6, R.b.cs: Nil, agglutination: ++, abnormal forms (spermac) 90%
please i want to know if there is a possibility ti have another kid or not and my wife wants to take birth controll bills does it right or there is no need to do that because iwill not be able to have children. please answer me .
note: i made an operation of left testicle installation( orchidopexy)

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Asthenozoospermia meaning there by that absence of active motile sperms in your semen sample given for analysis.
Repeat your semen analysis in well renowned androgyny lab for confirmation and consult qualified Infertility specialist as regards chances of normal pregnancy.

It will be on safer side to take oral contraceptive if you do not want to have a child .
