Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum.
Volume===3 ml, ( Normal range 2-5 ml )

color=====pearly whitish, ( absolutely normal)

Liquefaction==

Morphology==Normal,

Motile===85% (rapid 60%,sluggish 35% ,Non motile 5%)
Normal range of motile sperms are 90=100 %, in your semen it is 85% , so slightly below than normal range.

Non motile sperms 0-10% ( in your report 85% are motile ,non motile 5% , so total 90% ,what about remaining 10 % ,please mention.)

Total sperm count==40 million /ml, ( normal 60-120 millions,so in your case below than normal)

RBC==NIL,

Pus cells==3-4, ( 1-5 normal)

Epithelial cells ==2-3, ( normal)

In my opinion , total SPERM count is less than normal.
Motility is also less than normal.

PH alkaline ( normal 6-8 ,so alkaline is normal.

Hope I have answered your query.
If, further any question I will be happy to help.
Good luck.
Dr. HET
