Semen Analysis Sluggishly Progressive 10%, RBCS Nil/HPF L1
Hi doctor, I took semen analysis test and got the below results. Please advise. Physical characteristics Volume - 3.0 ml, colour - grey, viscosity - slightly viscous,reaction- alkaline, ph - 8.0 , liquefication time - 20 mins Microscopic characteristics Sperm concentration 10 millions/ml,total sper concentration 30 millions/ml, motility 60%,immotile 40% Grading Rapidly progressive 40%,moderatively progressive 10%, SLUGGISHLY PROGRESSIVE 10% Morphology Normal 50%,abnormal 50%, pus cells 2-4/HPF, RBCS NIL/HPF Ll Micro Volume 3.0 ml Colour

You are suffering from oligospermia.
You have to go for detail discussion with the doctor to establish a cause of oligospermia,
If history does not help than you have to go for physical examination and some investigation,
Than only a cause of this established and a good treatment possible,
Doesn’t worry 15% population suffer with this problem?

You should understand how your wife will conceive.
If you wife cycle is of 28 days with 5days period and comes regular.
Than it is usually the 14th day of cycle when ovulation will occur and the egg will wait for 2days to conceive if no sperm is there to fertilize in womb than this ova will be discarded out of body.
When you do vaginal intercourse on this day than the sperm can fertilize the ova and you wife will conceive.
The sperms survive in female body for 72 hours so if you do intercourse on 11th day even than your wife can become pregnant.
The ova has a tendency to come two days before and 2 days after the 14th day,
In this way if a man do vaginal intercourse from 9th to 18th day than her wife can conceive.
So you make a practice to do intercourse on 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th day of the mc.
Your wife is very tense to conceive that so why she is getting delayed periods.
