Semen Discharge During Bowel Movement. History Of Masturbation. Normal Sex Life Possible?

Hi I am 30 years old, i see drops of semen during the bowel moment, unusually happens when i apply pressure during the bowel moment, i masturbated for 13 years, last one year i reduced the frequent. dont know this semen leakage is caused by masturbation. i am getting married soon i am talking to my fiancee everyday, some times i feel wet during the talk. Does this cause any problem in my normal sex life with my wife? Kindly help me please. will it cause any problems for my normal sex life like premature ejaculation, erectile dyfunction and having child?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
problem of getting white discharge per urethra while making bowel movements.

This is an excessive secretion of the peri urethral glands located in urethra which gets discharged on presure during bowel movements.

You have been indulged in frequent masturbation since 13 years and get and now getting early ejaculation even with slight sexual stimulation like talking to your fiancé.

Do not worry this is not abnormal and will go away over a period of time.
You will not face any problem in erection and ejaculation and will have normal sexual life in future.due to excessive masturbation.
