hello deepak,
Your semen analysis appears to be normal wrt gross charecters,counts, and morphology.
However the actively motile sperms is towards the lower side where a normal is about 40-50%.Also the semen has pus cells which is not desirable.Hence i would suggest you get your urine examined and also get a post prostate massage urine analysis to rule out infective pathology.A urologist consultation in this regard would be very profitable.
