Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Asthenospermia meaning there by percentage of active motile sperms is little less (8%)as compared to WHO standards. However this could be normal variation which is common in semen analysis.
Please repeat analysis after 2 months to confirm this finding.
The presence of 2 WBC indicated infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate which can be cured by taking antibiotics for 2-3 weeks.
