Hello and welcome to HCM,

The interpretation of the semen analysis is as follows:
1. The physical characters of semen- volume, color, pH, consistency, liquefaction time are all within normal limits.
2. The sperm concentration in the semen is also within normal limits.
3. The motility shows 50 % actively motile sperms. This is also within normal limits.
4. Abnormal sperms constitute only 15% of total sperms. For successful conception, tleast 50% sperms should have normal morphology.
5. However, there are few pus cells. Pus cells signify infection in the semen. This needs to be cleared by taking antibiotic. You need to visit your doctor for prescription of the antibiotic.

A concurrent urine examination can also be done to look for infection of the urinary tract since the genitourinary tracts are in close association with each other.

Thanks and take care
