Seminal Fluid Analysis Says Normal Consistency. Can You Explain?

Hi Doctor!
I am Sanjay from Sri Lanka. My Seminal Fluid Analysis report results as below.
Apearance, Liquefaction, consistency all normal. Volume 2.7 ml, PH says ALKALINE, Concentration 185.0 mil/ml.
Motility -
a) Rapid linear - 00%
b) slow linear - 28%
c) non progressive - 02%
d) immotile - 70%

Viability (Live) - 60%
Morphology
Normal Forms - 27%
Agglutination
Pus cells 1-2

Would like to know the condition as I am planning for a baby now. Thanks!

Hi there ~

I understand your situation and thank you for putting up the results of your semen analysis. It seems to me that you have a urinary tract infection or a sexually transmitted disease that needs further investigation due to having 1-2 pus cells in your semen. Please consult a urologist for the same. I also suggest that you consult an IVF specialist as it might be very difficult for you to have kids. The bright side of your semen analysis is that you have some amount of what you might call good sperm that can be fertilized with your partners egg, in vitro, to help you have kids. I hope this helps.
