Sensitive Bump On The C-section Scar. Looks Like A Thrombosed Hemorrhoid. Ingrown Hair?

Hi, about 2 days ago I noticed this lump/bump on my C-section scar (I had 2 C-sections, first one is 2007 and 2nd one late 2008) the lump is about the size of a dime. It's a little sensitive but nothing too bad. It's red on the outside and purplish in the middle of it almost like it's filled with blood or it's a vein or something. The only way I know how to really describe it is a thrombosed hemorrhoid (I know b/c I've had one before) looks pretty much like that. I do shave in that area so could possibly be an ingrown hair maybe? Either way it's really scaring me! Thanks!

U have FOLLICULITIS on c-section scar.treatment-Don't rub or touch it.apply fusidic acid[2%] cream twice dailyfor 5 days. Don't worry it heal without scar.
