HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The main sexually transmitted infections are chlamydia, gonorrhoea, HIV, syphilis, herpes, hepatitis, trichomoniasis.

Most persons would not present with symptoms so quickly after an encounter.

It would be difficult to know whether your partner has any of these infections as she may or may not have symptoms.
Chlamydia and gonorrhoea are not necessarily associated with symptoms. In some persons they may cause discomfort on urination and a yellow-green discharge.

HIV is not necessary associated with any symptoms either and the symptoms , if present, would not develop so quickly.

Syphilis would cause an ulcer to appear initially in the first stage.

Herpes is associated with a painful rash. The area starts out red then small ' water bumps' show up, these then become small ulcers. All of these steps are usually associated with pain.

The use of a condom appropriately would reduce the chance of transmission of any infections. When these are used, water based and not oil based lubricants should be used.
Oil based lubricants can cause small breaks in the condoms.

You can consider STD testing if you wish to determine if there is any infection present.

I hope this helps

Thanks for query on hcm.
Sex with condom protect you from any infection.
I think you have some infection due to excessive wetness, minor cut, and might be due to latex reaction because it is first time for you.
Avoid tight under garment,Try to keep that area dry.
Apply triple combination cream.
Take oral fluconazole to subside fungal infection and nsaid to subside pain.
