Hi Danloaiza7
This is not actually
liver pain. Most of the time, liver suffers in silence. Severe
abdominal pain in right upper quadrant with gas and
vomiting most likely connected with
gallbladder (inflammation, gallbladder stones or sludge), or biliary (related to bile) sphincter of Oddi dysfunction (the muscle valve between bile duct and
duodenum). Alcohol and fatty meals usually provoke these conditions, because alcohol causes the spasms of this valve. Alcohol makes acidic bile that is getting extremely aggressive and irritate the surrounding tissues.
It would be wise to stop drinking and take the diet. Drink 1 liter of the chamomile, peppermint, fennel teas. Eat vegetable soups, non-fat chicken or fish, brown rice or buckwheat.
Drink warm Karlovy Vary healing mineral water.
To verify diagnosis later, go for the tests to rule out large stones.
I hope, you will recover soon
