Several days ago I was in the laudramat and turned to sit down after starting the washing machine...I suddenly felt that I could not see properly...it did feel that my eyes were crossed. I was off balance . No headache and no sweating but at the time I thought that my blood suger was possibly low. It had been 8 hours since I had eaten and I thought that maybe this was a forwarning of a fainting episode. The sensation left within 1 minute and I sat there for 30 minutes. I took my blood pressure when I got home (I drove) and it was 143/70...thank you for looking into this.
