Several Non-raised Spots Of Left Arm To Wrist, Pain In Index Finger With Burning. Serious?

Hi. I had several non-raised brown spots appear on my left arm a few weeks ago from the upper arm down to the wrist . The spots are more frequently toward the wrist. Along with that my index finger is very painful and my wrist feels almost like a burning sensation. Not sure if I should be concerned that this is something serious or not.

Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
You do not look like approximately normal, even if you are it needs to be ascertained.
Please get a CBC, PT, aPTT & INR, Urine examination done.
It can be due to some coagulation profile derangement or a local pathology.
Please provide a close shot photograph of the lesions with the reports of the investigations.
Please get these investigations and if you like, inform me in a Fresh Query / Follow up Query for further fine tuned opinion
Wish you a great health!
