Several Weeks Ago I Strained The Muscles In My Chest

Several weeks ago I strained the muscles in my chest by coughing. Last night I was awaken with a gurgling sound in my left chest, and it is audible with a stethoscope, like a swishing sound just under the breast area. Is this something to be concerned with?
