Severe Abdominal Pain, Menorrhagia, Clots. Uterine Fibroid In Uterus. Had Abortion. Taking Thyronorm. Whatele Can I Do?
Hi! I am 40 yrs old female having one 9 yrs old son, five yrs back diagnosed with uterine Fibroid measuring 4.6 x 2.2 cm in the upper part of the anterior wall of uterus.Undergone abortion in 2008 due to taking wrongly prescribed medicines. For the last one year I am suffering from severe abdominal pain during my menstrual periods which last for 3 to 4 days, heavy periods or menorrhagia, Painful menstruation or dysmenorrhoea alongwith the history of expulsion of clots during periods. Recently I have undergone sonography where I have been detected with Large Intramural Uterine Fibroid of 9.4 X 9.2 Cm size in fundus or the body of the Uterus.I also suffering from hypothyroidism and presently taking Thyronorm 75mcg Tab OD, Hb%- 9, also suffer from occasional Migraine, hypertensive, Arthritis and having the family history of hypertension and diabetes both. Please suggest me the best that rest of the life I can live peacefully.

The size of fibroid in uterus was 4.6 x 2.2 cms.
Presumed that fibroid was from 6-7 years.
Now from last five years size has increased 9.4x9.2 cm.
For fibroid only one option is there, consult a surgeon/gynaecologist and get in complete removal.
Now coming to the disease with which you are suffering.
Hypothyroidism's treatment is good,
Hemoglobin level is somewhat near normal (13-16 gm %) as in you 9 gm%.
When attack of Migraine occurs , take a treatment and forget.
One tablet for hypertension is sufficient ( salt and fat free diet is good for you).
Arthritis is there so take treatment.
Family history of diabetes is there , need not to fear.
Make sure regular check up for blood glucose level.
Since your age is 40 years and you can do regular exercises with full force.
These exercises will keep you away from many diseases plus fit for life.
Don't be in depression, rather live very active life.
