Severe Back Pain On Spine, Swollen Thigh At Night. Given Gemcal Kit, Hifenac D And Nervigen
i am having severe back pain on lower part os spine n feel have swelling on my thigh when in night go to sleep in morning when i get up i have a svere pain doctor has given me 1 gemcal kit for 6 months 2 hifenac -d for 10 days 3 eso2 for 10 days 4cap nervigen for 2 months 5 rockbone /d-rise for 8 weeks 1 cap once a week 6 inj nervigen once a week 7 inj arachitol once a week
These symptoms are suggesting that you may be having a disc prolapsed at lumbar region . I would recommend you to get MRI of the spine to see if there is a disc protrusion and if yes then how much . According to that you can plan . If it is in early stage then treatment will be physiotherapy and muscle relaxant and Pregabalin and Methylcobal. If it is in late stages then surgery is needed. Till that time, avoid bending forward and weight lifting.
