hi, my husband having severe back pain associated with abdominal pain a few hour after we having sex. He is 40 year old, healthy and moderate lifestyle. We have a good sex which i could describe as long than usual. He did not take any pill or medicine prior.
The symptom look like he having baby at transition stage..and few hour after taking paracetamol, pain relief..no any back pain or abdominal cramp.

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic

It could be possible that your husband is suffering from proctalgia fugax, it'sa painful spasm of pelvic muscle. De sstressing and relaxing after sex and not immediately getting up may help.
I hope I have cleared your doubt. In case you have any kin,dly get back to me.
Take care
