Severe Calf Pain. Diagnosed With Hypothyroidism. What Changes In My Diet Might Help?

I have severe calf pain. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few months back with levels as high as 19.7. Now it has gone done to 5 something after taking thyronorm 25 mcg. But i have annoying calf pain, restricting me in my day to day activities. Will cal mag d of amway be of any help. what changes in my diet might help? pls suggest

Welcome to HCM.
Regular follow up is must for thyroid condition.
You have to start calcium daily with d3 60k every week.
B12,folic acid ,other vitamin,minerals supplement will be helpful.
You can take nsaid to subside pain during severe episodes.
Drink enough water and other liquids.
Eat good nutritious high calcium,protein diet.
Go for exercise,yoga regularly.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
