Severe Chest Pain, Radiating To Arms And Upwards Into Jaw Muscles, Coughing, Sneezing. Causes For Allergy?
When I cough hard I get intense pain into chest , down arms and even up into the jaw muscles. I think I must be compressing nerves somehow. I can t get mucous out as it hurts. Should I be concerned? It has happened before but I have no problems other than coughing or sneezing . I m just frustrated as the aching down arms and into the jaw lasts longer now

coughing and sneezing over a period of time may lead to chest pain due to muscular strain...
Take a syrup containing mucolytic agent like Ambroxol/bromhexine which will break the thick mucus and facilitate its expulsion...
BUT my sincere advise to you would be to visit a physician and get yourself examined and investigated since your chest pain is radiating down the arms as well as jaws which is unusual in muscle strain and is more indicative of cardiac pathology... so better get yourself examined and investigated...

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum, you had allergic rhinitis and bronchitis secondary to it. Along with this you had chest pain radiating to the arms, and jaw muscles. Here the more possibilities are there it to be cardiac ischemia, but we can't confirm it to be of cardiac with out confirming by investigations like, ECG, ECHO CARDIOGRAM, TMT, ANGIOGRAM.
First thing you have to do is to consult a physician for diagnosis and confermation of the problem.
It could be only COPD, then also you should immediately consult a doctor to get relieved of the chest congestion of the infection.
besides i advise you some diet recommendations as avoid taking fruits , juices, and , cool water to avoid allergy. also avoid taking things which are allergic to you. If doctors find any cardiac involve ment, consult a cardiologist to exclude any such thing.
