Severe Cold, Running Nose, Breathing Problem. Giving Sinarest AF Drops, Nisikind. Having Frequent Cold. Reason?
My baby is 1yr and 1month old. he has severe cold and running nose and not able to breathe. am giving him sinarest AF drops. and am giving him Nisikind(homeopathy medicine) as well. He will be fine when he is on medication but again he is catching cold very often wat could be the reason? and please suggest me if any other things for building immunity?

what is the weight of your child .if for 1 year it is around 10-12 kg it is ok .
what is the vaccination status , have u given all vaccination required up to this age .
recuurent cold and cough is not good .
there might be allergy . u should find out the cause . dont expose your child direct in cold or hot .
keep him at normal room temperature .
2. at time of cold avoid excess medication.
3. steam inhalation is very good option in case of severe illness consult with doctor and give complete treatment
4. continue breast feeding .
5.at this age give 1and 1/2 katori mash roti/ bread / daliya and mashed banana
chiku . papaya .
6 . start some multivitamin also to boost immunity .
