General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that you might be having chronic bronchitis.
Go for complete blood testing with Eosinophil count as many a time Eosinophilia does give rise to this type of problem.
If you did not gone for one higher antibiotic medicine course, go for it after consulting your doctor.
Go for deep breathing exercise.
Ok and take care.
