Hi, Sad to hear your trouble. I would like to enquire about your sexual experiences as you have mentioned that you are just married. Has the marriage been consummated, how is your experience of intercourse? Has there been any experiences like pain during intercourse or repeated bleeding during attempted intercourse? During this current bouts of abdominal pain has there been any instance of spotting or breakthrough bleeds? The fibroid size you have mentioned seems small enough but what is its location? as depending upon the location fibroid can give rise to varied manifestations? At this point I would like to suggest that you & your spouse should visit your doctor & discuss this problem along with your intercourse events freely & also take his advice about using progesterone only pill (POP) along with analgesic like naproxen for pain relief & regularising your menstrual cycles. Best wishes
