Severe Dizziness. Suggestions?
Hello, I've noticed I've been getting slight dizziness when looking down for a couple weeks. The past two days it has gotten bad. I'm a mechanic so yesterday I was working under a car laying on my back and was getting severe dizziness. Both laying down and when I would sit up. I actually got sick because of the dizziness. Any ideas?

Based on details you have dizziness while lying down and standing.One should rule out orthostatic hypotension.
Second you mentioned that dizziness is more on looking down, hence extra occular movement of the eyeball should be checked.
Hence I suggest you to visit nearby family physician/neurologist for clinical examination and evalaution (CT scan brain).
