Severe Fatigue Especially After Eating. Losing Weight After Hernia Surgery. Diabetic. Any Ideas?

Hi, I am Tim Brown. I always feel severe fatigue, specialy after I eat. And I have lost 15lbs after having a hernia surgery back in April 2013. Normal weight for me is about 160. I have not been able to gain any of the weight back. I am also border line diabitic. I have also experienced muscle loss and weakness. I am 54 years old.
