Severe Gas Pains, Motion Loose With Mucus, Strands Of Blood. Pain Reduced, Need To Flatulent. Reason?

Two days ago coming home from work I had bad gas pains needing to go to the bathroom. When I got home I stated going normal but ended going loose. I went three times that day. I also noticed mucus and strands of blood.
The following day I did not go. I was eating very bland and things to bind me. I finally went normal today but still noticed mucus and blood. The gas pains have decreased but now and then I need to flatulate. What could it be?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having gastro-enteritis, bacterial or amebic.
Take ofloxaciline, tinidazole combination medicine for 3 days.
Take light diet like curd, rice, buttermilk.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
