Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
From the medicines provided you seem to be having androgenetic alopecia. It is hereditary as well as hormonal. Now what seems to be compounding your fail is dandruff. The treatment prescribed by your doctor seems fine to me and its use is recommended. Minscalp is minoxidil. The US FDA approved potency of minoxidil is 5 percent in males and 2 percent in females. So if you are a male use 5% instead of using 2% twice in a day.
Hope that helped.
Take care
