Severe Hair Loss. Need A Diet To Improve The Hair Growth. Suggestions?

Hi, I am 26 years old, unmarried, male, i am lossing 40-50 hairs per day. i am also taking two Omega-3 capsule, dairy foods(Yogurt), banana, Apple, oats meal, bread, milk, chicken, rice daily & Fish once in a week, but still i found no improvement in my hairs.. please suggest if something more to do or any other food can improve it.
I am also a gym lover but not taking any extra supplement.. please suggest me

For stopping hair loss, take a diet solution which will contain one of the following vitamins zinc, B-6, folic acid, magnesium, silica. These vitamins are very good for the hairs. To take these vitamins you don't need any market product, just carefully choose your diet and eat more fruits, you will get all the required vitamins.
Its well known now that a diet with lots of proteins can increase the hair regrowth.There is lots of options available for protein rich food, like so-ya, eggs and yogurt.
Along with diet, use regular massage of oil for the hairs, it will increase circulation of the blood and increase the hair growth also.
One another hair loss factor is stress, yes stress can make a person bald. Reduce stress and increase the hair growth.
