Severe Hair Loss, Red Spots On Scalp, Acne. Using Minoxidil. Treatment?
hello..!!! i am 21yrs old female..i have severe hair loss all over the scalp ..i also hav red coloured painful pus filled spots on the scalp.. they r painful when i touch them.. my doctor once suggested me flucorte forte skin lotion with folli fast lotion n minoxidil 2.5% but it did not work..i wash my hair every 2 days n use clean comb only..i hav almost gone bald...i also have severe acne problem.. pimples that are filled with pus n leave scars tht never go. please help me i hav tried each n everything.

use erythromycin 250 mg tablet thrice daily for 15 days with multivitamin like Alamine M forte Capsule daily and for topical application use mupirocin ointment. This will help in removing your pus filled spots with pimples.
