Severe Head Injury, Dried Blood In Right Nostril, No Bumps, Bruising, Normal Behavior. Precautions?

Hi, my one year old daughter fell off our bed yesterday night and hit her head either on the hardwood floor or on aluminum radiator first before hitting the floor. We opened the light to see if there were any signs of bleeding or bumps and found none. She twisted and turned for about an hour before finally going back to sleep . This morning we noticed dried blood in her right nostril . Thankfully there are no siigns of bumps or bruises and her playful character has not changed. She also follows our finger with her eyes when we tried that test. Is there anything we should do now or should have done differently for the next time this happens?

Dear Sir,
there is nothing to worry as for now. look for any evidence of bleeding anywhere else or she gettong drowsy at odd times or having any episode of seizure. if nothing is there, u can relax otherwise you need to consult a neurologist.
