Severe Headache, Back Pain, Stomach Pain, Brain Tremors

i feel like i am going crazy or am going to die. i started having severe headaches , pressure headaches, sometimes it feels like my brain is having tremors. i have severe bk pain just at the top near my neck,. I have some stomach pain i need help i dont have insurance and i went to the hospital and was scared to tell my symptoms so they treated my for pinched nerve
