Hi, Based on your symptoms it seems that you had developed post traumatic heaadche with Nasal bleed and ear ache. You need to be evaluated immediately by Neurologist and ENT surgeon for same. You require CT scan brain with paranasal sinus with temporal cuts and bone window to locate any minor fracture of nasal bone and nearby structures.Treatment plan depends on scan report. Meantime you can have naprosyn 250 mg (pain reliever) and course of antibiotics. Apply nasal packs/pressure to prevent further bleeding.
