Severe Headaches Suggesting Sinus Infection. Having Itchy, Sore, Swollen Labia. What Could It Be?

At first the doctor thought i had a UTI and put me on amoxicillan. Then vulture from my urine came back with bacteria. I had bern itchhdoen there so i was glad the prescribed a new antibiotic, bactrum. Then because i was having severe headaches doc suggested i get an MRI.i get that and it comes back severe sinus infection. More antibiotics, augmentin this time with the bactrum. Now suddenly im sick throwjng up. Labia is itchy red and very sore and swollen. Any clue whats going on?

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.

Your current symptoms suggest a severe vaginitis and pelvic infection. I would request you to consult a gynaecologist and get a pap smear and culture done.

You may require a change of antibiotics, which could cover against sinusitis as well as vaginitis. Cover for anaerobic bacteria and trichomonad infection may have to be added.

Please also consult an ENT doctor, if your sinusitis symptoms are not settling down.
