Severe Hearing Impairment Due To Meningitis. Advised Siemens Nitro BTE Or ITE. Suggestions?

Hello My brother suffers from severe hearing impairment time ago due to meningitis and almost the auditory nerve is dead but this uses a custom headphones for severe weakness (profound hearing loss ) now will buy him new headphones and a specialist advised Siemens Nitro BTE or ITE Is it better? Does differentiate if taken internal or external as long Model dedicated to extreme weakness? Please help the task with thanks and appreciation to you

I have gone through clinical history of your child as you said your child is having profound hearing loss due to meningitis. You want to change the hearing aid, No doubt every aid has got it's plus point and negative points . Quality of Siemens is better, Here I would like to tell you that you may also think about cochlear implant which will be more beneficial to him. For cochlear implant you have to contact an ENT doctor, who is doing this surgery will be good suggestion.
