Severe Itching In Rectum With Green Discharge, Red Spot On Left Buttcheek. Any Ideas?
I have horrible itching in my rectum and a red spot on the side of my left cheek (not a hemorrhoid) and green discharge coming from my rectum it also hurts to wipe and is torture to pass a bowel movement (I also do not have a std) what could this be?

It looks like an infected fissure or an abscess in the rectal area.
Consult the doctor for physical examination.
If there is abscess, it has to be drained with aseptic precautions and a course of antibiotics are required.
