please help! im having itching and some sores appear on my clitoris inner labia and now some red bumps near my anus . i just got off antibiotics about a week ago for a uti then got bit by a dog near my butt cheek and didnt get any treatment. after i take a hot bath or shower using no soap the sores begin to dry up and sting so i put a hot washcloth on it. im on my period right now also.

You need to get investigated and examined clinically for the bumps, sores and itchings. Get VDRL and Elisa tests done to rule out STD. Early treatment will help you get well without waste of time and prevent complications.
Take care of your hygiene, avoid sex and prefer wearing loose cotton clothes. Use medicated soaps or mild body lotions that are medicated. Take care.
