Severe Lower Abdominal Pain During Menstruation. Does Taking Maftal Spas Tablet Cause Problems During Pregnancy?
my daughter felt sevier lower abdominal pain at the time of mensuration period. to get relief of this she took 1 tabelt of maftal spas on 1st day of period for three month but smone told me it will give prblm at the time of pregnancy.so i told her discontinue it. bt how to get relief from this pain plz tel me but i cant give you maney for this

I assume that your daughter has taken only 1 tab of meftal spas on the 1st day of her period for 3 consecutive months.
Meftal spas does not affect the fetus in the 1st or later trimester of pregnancy, whereas it is contraindicated for lactating mothers.
She can take Meftal spas for menstrual pain, but only when indicated.
Better to take it after food, as it may produce hyper acidity for certain individuals.
