Severe lower cervical spine degenerative disc and facet disease . The disc and facet disease is often high grade central and bilateral lateral recess spinal canal stenos is at C 5-6 with cord compression and flattening. Moderate left hemi cord compression also noted at the C 4-5 level .
My question is what does this mean and do you think I need surgery. I am in a lot of pain, numbness in my arms and leg on the right side for 9 months and did every treatment; ex Physio, acupuncture and spinal decompression, 20 sessions so far.
