Severe Migraine, Loss Of Balance, Fainting. Diagnosed As Vascular Vertigo. Should Further Tests Be Done?

My daughter has been having severe migranes with loss of balance and passing out. They put her in the hospital and said she had vascular vertigo. She was there for 3 days and said there wasn't anything wrong with her and told her to see a psych. My stepchildren was diagnosed with Spinocellebar degeneration. Could this be something that needs to be further persued.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. You can have an MRI done to rule out anyother organic causes. But as you have admitted her in the hospital they won discharge you until and unless she is ok. So dont worry much and follow the instructions given by them. Thank you.
