hello, I am 17 years old I am a male and when I was born i had alot of issues i have a heart murmur asthma and also i don't remember what its called but i think its a hypospadeus. I am now having issues when i go to the washroom i bleed alot when i poop and it hurts alot i have to bite something like a towel to keep myself from making noise i don't want to ask someone else but i have done some research and i found it might be colon cancer if you have anything you can say i will be greatful

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. I also believe that you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. Bleeding while passing stools is something that needs medical attention as it could be anything from a simple hemorrhoids to what you are thinking it might be, which is colon cancer. However, it is useless to worry about things unless you see a physician and get tested. I hope this helps.
