Severe Pain Between Hips And Ribs After Fall, Dark Brown Urine. Bruise Or Serious Symptoms?

Hello, 3 days ago I took a nasty fall onto my side, and straight after I was experiencing pain in my right side (between my hip and ribs). The next morning I realised my urine was a dark brown colour, however, I only experienced that once... The pain is here when I touch my side or move into certain areas! Could this be a bruise or something more severe? And how long might this take to heal?

hello nashy, nothing looks more serious , so you can take pain killer like ibupfren plus paracetamol combination. Also if your urine colour changed to red then you need untrasound otherwise no need to worry.
