Severe Pain In SI Joints On Both Sides And Spine. Debilitating Pain In Rib Cage, Lower Ribs. How To Stop This ?

I have severe pain in my SI Joints on both sides and pain in my spine. I ve had my right knee replaced in 2009; my left hip replaced in 2010; my right hip replaced in 2012, all due to degenerative joint and bone decease. I know have pain in my right lower ribs and the back of my rib cage in my back. I don t understand why I am in such pain. Debilitating pain. I don t know how to stop the pain that seems to be getting worse instead of better.

It is very important to rule out spondyloarthropathies as the symptoms you are giving mimic them . For pain tramadol is an opioid based analgesic that relieves the symptoms but after consultation with your doctor .
