This is we call as vaginitis ,reason amy be .

Bacterial vaginosis in this case 50% women are asymptomatic , the symptoms are red itching vagina with painful urination.

Candidiasis, this is most common in child bearing age women.
3 Trichonomiasis .
As all these causative reasons are known as most common causes of infections.
Diagnosis can be confirmed by vaginal swab examination , culture and sensitivity tests are necessary.
Non infectious reasons may be ,
1 Chemicals ( soap,tampons santary napkinscondoms,

neurodermatitis atrophic vaginitis due to certain drugs ( as corticosterois)
Diagnosis can be confirmed by gynecologist examination .
So consult a gynecologist and get his opinion.
