Hi there please I need your I have a brother at the island and he had very severe pain only in his right arm for more than a month now and had done an Xray and no joint or bones broken and there is a cetain time at 2am everymorning the pain started and he cant sleep and he said is severe pain in his right arm only, small history heavysmokers, please help me he is at very severe pain at the moment
Hi, From history it seems that he might have some vascular problem in his right arm giving rise tothis problem. As he is heavy smoker, risk of having this vascular problem is likely. Consult vascular surgeon and get examined. Quit smoking as early as possible. Ok and take care.
hello first of all he should go for several tests like ECG , BLOOD SUGAR , BLOOD LIPID LEVEL, ALSO MEASURE HIS BLOOD PRESSURE...take him to a general physician and get his all tests done... he might have pain heart that deviates to the right arm.. also tell your doctor the type of pain you have and the intensity of pain... there is one more possibilty if your brother is having pain in shoulder..some times a pain called frozen shoulder occurs in middle aged people.. so please go for as complete check up.... hope it helps
