Severe Pain In Collar Bone, Excessive Burping, Unable To Move Neck. Suggestions?

Hi Doctor , I have really bad pain on my collar muscle . Because of this I am unable to move my neck its really painful. I am not sure about the reason as when I do simple massage on that I get lots and lots of Burps . Not sure if the pain is because of acidity or something. Can you suggest something as its not a regular stuff

Rarely pain from gastritis presents in the neck and near the collar bone.Pain could be due to muscle sprain.

I suggest you try applying DICLOFENAC over the affected aprt, this will surely reduce the pain if it is due to muscle sprain.

hi, yes the pain can be due to hyperacidity , but we need to rule out other causes like muscular pain, or any problem in the stomach which can make you bring pains in the collar area,
i would suggest you should go to see a physician to check you up and prescribe the medications as necessary.
