Hi, I woke up this morning with severe pain around my collar bone and it s been spreading to the side of my neck my neck feels really stiff on one side and painful to move I m eighteen years old female and haven t done anything to hurt my neck or collar bone
As you have a pain in the collar bone can you be please specify where exactly it is. With the history I can guess it is on the collar bone in the centre and the area between the head and the shoulder.
This is a muscle spasm. Doing hot water fermentation and simple stretch can help reduce the pain and spasm. You can opt for a paracetamol as it will help reduce the pain. I don't think any major painkillers are needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
